Ytria recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information collected about our customers and strives to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personally identifiable information of our customers. Right to be Forgotten
You have a right to request that we delete all personal data we hold about you, and thus no longer no processed as long as we no longer need said data to continue processing of any business engagements. This can include ongoing software maintenance, payment collection, etc. Furthermore, requests may be denied if said data is required for legal purposes where the burden or expense of deleting this information is disproportionate to your privacy risks, or if the rights of other persons would be violated. Our compliance with your requests is subject to our being able to confirm your identity. Please allow us a reasonable amount of time to complete your request.
Public Information
Any information posted on FORUM boards becomes public information. While YTRIA strives to protect and respect your privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose in a FORUM board.
