New and improved Jobs
Improved ‘USER OFFBOARDING’ job with a new option to enable Litigation Hold. ‘Revoke Session Tokens’ is now automatically included when you opt to reset the password. A safeguard has been added to protect the signed-in user from mistakenly offboarding himself.
Deprecated Jobs
The rebranding of sapio365 has made some Jobs obsolete because they are redundant since they can be easily replaced with a custom View that has a simple filter applied for example.
Other Jobs have been replaced by new system Views that are available in sapio365 version 3.0 in the Quick GridView or Usage Report section. These are listed in the table below as corresponding Views.
